1. What OrderView is

OrderView is a charting and market-information tool. It displays market data published by third-party exchanges and calculates technical indicators from it. It does not execute trades, hold funds or provide brokerage, custody or advisory services.

2. No investment advice

All content in the app, on this website and in our guides is general technical and educational information. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice and is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Decide for yourself, and consult a licensed professional where appropriate.

3. Risk

Crypto assets are highly volatile and you can lose all of the money you invest. Leveraged products can lose more than your initial deposit. Indicators, signals, strategy statistics and practice results describe past data and do not guarantee future results. Practice trades in bar replay ignore fees, slippage and liquidity.

4. Data accuracy

Market data comes from exchanges' public services and may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. We do not guarantee its accuracy or continuity. Information shown from third parties, such as Sharia rulings on coins, is attributed to its source and is not our ruling.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in breach of the law or of the exchanges' terms.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from its use or from decisions made using it.
